This week the world-famous Gamescom gets underway and as part of their appearance at the famous convention, publishers Frogster Online Gaming are unwrapping their latest MMORPG, Eligium, and letting fans know some of the details. 

Eligium Set to be launched sometime in the first quarter, Eligium is a brand-new, free-to-play MMORPG from German game publishers, Frogster Online Gaming (Bounty Bay Online, Throne of Fire). The first details have been released this week as to what players can expect when logging into the fantasy world as well as a cinematic trailer, which you can view on our YouTube channel.

Eligium will feature five different playable race and class combinations. One of the playable races is a crazy-looking panda fighter. Can you imagine having huge claws strapped to your arms and decimating your enemies as a panda?

There will also be a large number of options and customizations for you to try out in Eligium(Eligium Gold). Through the special skill system, crafting and extensive item upgrades, you will be able to craft not only unique items, but a unique character as well.

Of course, there is going to be the chance to really get down and dirty in the PvP (Player versus Player) fighting system. Not only will players be able to face-off against one another, but entire guilds as well in the Guild Wars system. This gives you the chance to earn ranks and really show off your PvP prowess.

Remember, this is just the first unveiling of the details of the new free-to-play MMORPG, Eligium. Hopefully there will be many more tantalizing details will be shown at Gamescom or a later time…
