So apparently Rappelz cant do basic math. We going to test out the attack speed soul stones and started socketing but came to realize the values were not adding up correctly. We had 3 stones in so far. A 1.5, 1.6, and a 1.9. Rappelz only gave us +3 attack speed, even with no weapon(Rappelz Gold) equipped. We were looking foreward to an extra 10% attack speed but it seems like rappelz only likes whole numbers and cant even at least round up or down.
Deep Evasion does work in Rappelz. We know this for a fact since we tested it for a prolongned period of time. For most people 10 levels above us, we have too much Accuracy to ever miss. We wear Luck rings when we duel these people. However, if someone 10 levels above me casts Deep Evasion, We'll start seeing some misses. Switching back to Dex rings will remedy this.
Missing mobs 10 levels above me with our Dex build? That's a complete and utter lie. However against a player with a Agi build? Yes, we see this happening if they use Deep Evasion and they are within 10 levels of us. Evade is not broken at all. Accuracy is whats broken.
With our Dex build we have 260 Accuracy and we cannot hit 150+ mobs at level(rappelz rupees) 106. However, a player lvl 135 with 200 Accuracy will consistently hit 150 mobs without missing. It was a great thing investing in Epic Dex stones just to have our ass handed to me in R5 Deathmatch by two 14x RPs we couldn't stun, freeze or hold.
