As HV pass owner in Rappelz, you could know why those stones among other things are not in HV. It just is illogical - make HV items(Rappelz Gold) nontrade-able, and you have your potentially constant rupee makin bizz go poof. As far as items that need upgrade been tradable - you doubt with current dura reality somebody will entrust anything non-dura R4+ to a stranger for lvl-ing with a HV pass - cmon one lvl 1 +7 R4 staff is like 25m +, and this money for R4 are not that easily obtainable even with the Witch Quest. It is not like b4, especially when you farm 2 weeks for some pixies and you hit insta 20 m from 2 cards . Imo they should not have rendered Tier 2 pets and cards utter useless crap. Double drop rate for them and 50% increase for T3 shoulda have done it, but 400% and 200% Developers heads need to go out of their rear ends ffs.

You have ispected the strings on the client, and it wasn't packed. The game itself uses Lua script to interface the client. You could also find a lot of client commands string around 130B8. At offset 159CC, you could find a lot of player stats and their client Lua variables.
