Azure Knights have pretty good damage and can stand up to anyone in pvp of Black Prophecy. Here I would like to intoduce you something about the build for leveling and pvping until level 8 or 9 , etc . Now here it goes :

Dual weapons, your choice of dual swords, axes or maces, will be your friend and ticket to fast leveling ( Black Prophecy Gold) until you hit those high marks. Among those, dual axes would probably be your best bet, since they do hit the highest.

And 2h weapons are also great. it's pretty hard to beat that. Idk how it compares directly to dual axes, but it's never let me down. It isn't quite as good for pvp at the lower lvls, but it's got plenty of AOEs for leveling.

As mentioned to the stat distribution, the only thing you really have to consider at this point is SPR ; no matter what, you don't want to put any points into that . DEX only takes what your weapon needs, and between HEAL and STR, sort those however you like. Just be sure you have enough STR to use your weapon, and enough HP to not get bottled around .
